SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING/STATUS

Tallawah Naturals currently ships to the US and Canada. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (all orders placed after 12 PM EST or over the weekend are processed the next business day) using your chosen method (USPS, UPS).

We offer free economy shipping on orders of $60 or more.

You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships! You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened and used. If you received the wrong item or are completely dissatisfied with your product we offer refunds and exchanges. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping if you request an exchange. Please contact us at tallawahnaturals2@gmail.com to request a return or exchange.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
